- Vinegar 1/4 tea cup
- Salt For taste
- Red chilli 1/2 tb sp
- Ground red chilli 1/2 tb sp
- Ground coriander 1/2 tb sp
- Cumin seed 1/2 tb sp
- Trachyspermum(ajwain) 1/2 tb sp
- Yoghurt 1/4 tea cup
- Ginjer/garlic paste 4 tb sp
- Soya sauce 4 tb sp
- Tikka boti masala Optional
- Lemon juice 4 tb sp
- Fresh Papaya (Ground) 3 tb sp
